If what you need fits an existing product, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we build it.
Not necessarily. Many solutions are built on Lattice because it already includes agents, approvals, an audit log and model control. If your project needs to be independent from Lattice (because of your organization's restrictions or a different operating context), we do that too.
We stop. The prototype phase exists to validate before committing to full development. If what you see doesn't solve your problem or justify the investment, the project ends there. You only pay for the discovery and the prototype.
It depends on scope. If the process fits in Lattice, a first process takes three to five weeks, depending on scope, and a connector to an in-house system adds 1 to 3 weeks. A custom app takes two to three months. Timelines and cost are set in writing when discovery closes.
Yes. The code developed for your project comes with enough documentation for your team or any other vendor to continue the work. Anything that depends on Lattice or on licensed components is flagged in writing during discovery.
