What people ask us before starting
It depends on the deployment you choose and the models you allow. We put it in writing in the proposal, model by model. If your information cannot leave your organization, the solution runs on your infrastructure.
One process with up to three agents, three weeks (SMB Starter). Two processes with teams and approvals, five weeks. Larger projects depend on scope and are set in writing in the proposal.
Nothing sensitive happens without a person's approval, and everything is logged: what each agent did, with which model and at what cost.
Agents work in the browser, with files and with your organization's systems: they log into the portal, enter data and download. If an in-house system needs a connector, it is quoted separately in the proposal.
Fixed-scope implementation packages (50% upfront, 50% at go-live) and an annual Lattice license billed monthly or quarterly. You pay per agent in production, never per user.
