Who we are
We research, build and implement, with the same team.
Sintérgica AI is an industrial research lab in artificial intelligence. We do three things at once and each one feeds the other two: we research in our Xalapa lab, turn that research into our own products and custom software, and bring AI into the real operations of companies and institutions.
We take a real problem, study it rigorously, build the solution and leave it running. That is what we mean by an industrial lab.
Lattice is our platform for managing agents, and the work gets done in Kaná, its desktop app. Around it live our Na'at and Séeb models, and separate products: SalesHub for serving customers over messaging, UlúApp for customs brokers, Control de Obra for construction companies and SolarfyHub for solar installers.

Client control over data.
You decide where the solution runs and which models are allowed. With Na'at and Séeb on your infrastructure or in the Mexico region of our cloud, information is processed in Mexico. Sensitive information is anonymized before processing. Your data is never used for training without an explicit contract.

Human approvals, permissions and audit logs are part of the architecture, not an optional setting.

Useful AI in Mexico has to understand Mexican Spanish, local regulation and how organizations here work.

Origin and track record
An AI lab built on eight years of craft.
We were born in Veracruz in 2016 as MDA Startup Labs, a technology company that helped businesses and institutions digitize their operations.
In 2024 we saw that global AI models did not understand Mexico's regulatory, linguistic and operational context. We became an AI lab with our own products and founded Sintérgica Labs. In 2025 came our first Mexican datasets, our first products running with clients and our seat on the AMITI AI Committee.
In 2026 we published at the Mexican Conference on Artificial Intelligence (COMIA 2026, Springer), launched the Lattice platform and its Kaná app, and organized Veracruz Tech Week. On November 13, 2026 we publish Na'at, our model with Mexican context, and open early access to Séeb Logistics.
Our names
Why we are called this.
Our whole portfolio carries names from Mexico: in Indigenous languages, in line with our research, and in UlúApp's case, the name of our home.

What we get asked before we start.
An industrial research lab: we research, build our own products and implement them in organizations and governments. Whoever diagnoses the problem also builds the technology and puts it into production.
It depends on the deployment you choose and the models you allow. We put it in writing in the proposal, model by model. If your information cannot leave your organization, the solution runs on your infrastructure.
No, unless we expressly agree to it in a fine-tuning project. In that case the resulting model is for your organization's exclusive use.
Because we live here, our lab is here and we decided not to leave. We want high-quality AI work to be created in southeastern Mexico too. Our Mexico City office serves the corporate and federal government market.
Yes, on a strictly non-partisan basis, with contracts under Mexican law and data rules in writing.
No. Lattice has a plan for small teams and SalesHub is built for SMBs. Deployments on your own servers are designed for enterprises and government.
